Monday, May 13

Tai Chi – 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Garibaldi Maritime Museum. Tai Chi moving for better balance will be on Mondays and Fridays. You can join Tai Chi instructor, Thea Defeyter at the Garibaldi Museum!  The intention of the class is for continuous mobility of the spine.  The class is $30 or drop in rate is $5.  See you there!  (Class ends on May 24th).

Hatha Yoga – 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Garibaldi Maritime Museum. This is gentle yoga that helps with arthritis.  Please bring a blanket or a yoga pad.  This course is 8 weeks and starts on April 1st and continues till May 24th.  It starts at 4pm and goes till 5pm on Mondays and Fridays.  This event is held in the Community Room of the Garibaldi Museum.  See you there!
