According to investigators, Henry was the husband of Anna Lorraine Proietti, 21, whose remains were found in a remote forested area of Tillamook County on Sept. 8, 2016.

Officials said the indictment is a result of Henry’s alleged involvement in her death. He is currently in custody at the Tillamook County Jail on a full $50,000 cash bail.

The Tillamook County Major Crimes Team began a death investigation on Sept. 9, 2016, following the discovery of human remains in a shallow grave in a remote location in southeast Tillamook County by a Yamhill County forest deputy.

On Sept. 21, investigators executed a search warrant on Henry’s residence in Salem and also seized a vehicle once belonging to the couple.

Officials said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be added. Detectives ask anyone with information related to this case to call the Tillamook County Sheriff’s Office tip line at 503-815-3319.
