AFSCME Union 2734 that represents approximately 130 Tillamook County Employees as well as employees at the City of Garibaldi and the City of Rockaway Beach, are inviting the public to attend a Tillamook County Commissioner Forum on Wednesday April 6 from 5:30-7 p.m.
All candidates have confirmed their attendance and look forward to the opportunity for the candidates to demonstrate to the voters that he/she is the best candidate for the position of Tillamook County Commissioner.
The forum will consist of a three-minute introduction and questions that concern both employees, managers, elected officials, and as well as the public at large. Topics will range from labor, economic development, county funding, and much more. The people in attendance will be invited to provide written questions as well. Each candidate will be given an allotted amount of time to answer.
The forum will be held at the Tillamook County Library meeting rooms on the main floor located at 1716 3rd St, Tillamook.
AFSMCE Local Union will not be making an endorsement for any candidate.
