Building a community of learners since 1987

North Tillamook Library Friends built and maintain the North Tillamook Library in Manzanita that for almost three decades has been the heart of our north Tillamook County community and a center for:
• INFORMATION exchange and learning,
• LIFETIME EDUCATION from early childhood through senior years, and
• ACCESS TO THE DIGITAL AGE as a destination or online.
Join North Tillamook Library Friends to sustain this valuable community asset long into the future.

Here are a few reasons you should join North Tillamook Library Friends:
•Support and maintain the building and grounds of the North Tillamook Library,
•Receive the quarterly newsletter,
•Attend the Friday evening Pre-sale of the annual Book Sale, and
•Be a voting member at the Annual Meeting in January.
Annual North Tillamook Library Friends membership dues are only $10 for an individual or business, and $15 for a family.  Please visit the North Tillamook Library to fill out a Friends membership form or call Membership and Development Committee Chair Gail Young at (503) 368-5248 for more information.  Please note that having a library card is not the same as being a Friend.
North Tillamook Library Board also welcomes volunteers willing to serve on the various committees including Finance and Budget, Audit, Investment, Membership and Development, Communications, Maintenance, and Nominating and Governance.  Please send an email with your contact information to ntlf1987@gmail.com and a Board member will respond.  “Volunteering is a way to preserve this indispensable community resource and work with interesting people committed to literacy and education through reading,” said Monica Isbell, Chair of the Communications Committee.
